Carnival Royalty

This year sees the return of the traditional Carnival Royalty sections. The Truro Carnival committee will be holding a Truro Carnival Royalty competition on Wednesday 27th May 2009 and this will be held at the Carrick Sports Hall, Hendra, Truro.

At the competition children will be asked to attend in 'party wear' and a select panel of judges will have an informal chat with individual children before choosing the successful Truro Carnival Royalty.

Children can be entered into the following categories;

• Fairy Queen; 5 - 8 years of age
• Fairy King; 5 - 8 years of age
• Carnival Queen Attendants; 9 - 12 years of age
• Carnival Queen; 13 - 18 years of age

Any parent of children entering the Truro Carnival Royalty competition must agree to the rules and regulations laid down by the Truro Carnival committee for this competition.
