Route
The route for the 2011 Carnival has changed, so please read the information below. The Committee has made these changes to try and keep as much of Truro city centre as open as possible on the day.
Judging starts from 4.30pm on Hendra Field.
The Carnival procession starts at 6pm from Hendra. Music and entertainment will continue on the Quay until 10pm.

The focus of the Carnival will now be on Lemon Quay, which is where the procession will finish. There will be food and drink stalls and other entertainment on the Quay, including live music.
Floats and motorised vehicles will return to Hendra via Lemon Street, Charles Street, City Road and Ferris Town.
It is important to note that walking groups will NOT be allowed to continue along this route as these roads will not be closed to traffic. Floats will be allowed to stop on Lower Lemon Street to allow passengers to disembark before continuing back to Hendra.
